The Faithworks Furniture Project (FFP) restores donated furniture, household items and white goods, and redistributes them to those in need. To date we have helped over 750 families throughout the Banbury area.
We believe that God calls us to go into the community and care for those in need. FFP does this by providing an invaluable service to families who would otherwise struggle.
what we need
We regularly need donations of:
White goods (washing machines, fridge freezers, microwaves etc)
Kitchen equipment and crockery
Beds (not mattresses unless new)
Dining room tables and chairs
Two-seater sofas (three-seaters measuring 1.9m max)
Chests of drawers
Work is carried out by volunteers. There are opportunities to serve in the following areas:
Repairing donated furniture
Delivering to those in need
Logistics and co-ordination
Delivery and collections usually take place on Mondays.
